After many weeks at home, some of us are starting to gradually return to everyday life. We are launching this initiative in order to pay tribute to all the heroes out there, who made a special effort during the pandemic the past few weeks and did good deeds helping others.

The goal of this project is to put these people in focus by getting photographed by passionate photographers as a sign of appreciation to the special commitment of this person as well as symbolically to an entire occupation group.

We would like to say THANK YOU by creating a photographic and high quality contemporary document which is telling exciting and diverse stories.

Basic information about the project:

The original idea comes from two photographers from Austria. Mathias Kniepeiss – Sony Europe Imaging Ambassador – www.kniepeiss.com and Martin Meieregger – Freelance photographer and printing specialist – www.mam-arts.at

In Switzerland, this project is led by freelance photographer Andrea Camen – www.andrea-camen.com and Paul Merki – event manager of many successful & nationwide photo events – www.cropfactory.ch
